Exhaustive research goes into tracking the finest seasonal produce as everything is prepared fresh to order. Fresh fish is delivered daily from Cornwall and beef from Scotland. With quality as the focus in the kitchen, extensive mise en place is no object in this family run, professional establishment. The beer is damn good too. From traditional oak firkins, enjoy Wadworths 6X, ever changing guest ales and Old Father Timer to warm those hearts through the festive period.
